At Superwhisper, we strive to offer the best voice-to-text application to our users. We understand, however, that there may be instances where users are not fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Superwhisper may issue a refund.

Superwhisper operates on a subscription basis. The fees and terms for these subscriptions are available on our website superwhisper.com and within the app.

If you believe that you qualify for a refund, please contact us at support@superwhisper.com with your request. All refund requests must include the reason for the refund request and the receipt for the purchase.
To request a refund, send us an email with your subcription or license purchase date and reason for the refund request.
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered in evaluating a refund request can include the detailed reason for the refund request, the user's history with Superwhisper, and the cost and time elapsed from the purchase.
We review each refund request based on the specific circumstances, including timing and reason for the request.
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. After this period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend testing our services thoroughly during this 30-day period to ensure they meet your requirements.
Important: You have exactly 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund. After 30 days, all sales become final. This applies to both new subscriptions and license purchases. If you forget to cancel your subscription before renewal, you will not be eligible for a refund of the renewal charge.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
