At Superwhisper, we strive to offer the best voice-to-text application to our users. We understand, however, that there may be instances where users are not fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Superwhisper may issue a refund.

Subscription Plans

Superwhisper operates on a subscription basis. The fees and terms for these subscriptions are available on our website superwhisper.com and within the app.

Refund Requests

If you believe that you qualify for a refund, please contact us at support@superwhisper.com with your request. All refund requests must include the reason for the refund request and the receipt for the purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered in evaluating a refund request can include the detailed reason for the refund request, the user's history with Superwhisper, and the cost and time elapsed from the purchase.

30-Day Refund Window

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of first purchase (subscription start date, or lifetime license purchase date). After this period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend testing our services thoroughly during this 30-day period to ensure they meet your requirements. Because the window runs from your first purchase, subscription renewal charges are not separately refundable. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before your renewal date.

Licenses Terminated for Violations

If we suspend, disable, or terminate a license or account for violation of our Terms of Service — for example, automated, scripted, or bulk use of our backend services, or other abuse of our usage limits — you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees already paid, including for a lifetime or other one-time-purchase license, except to the extent a refund is required by applicable law in your country or region.

Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our app and website. Your continued use of Superwhisper after any changes to the Refund Policy have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
