Record straight from your browser.
Play it back, download a WAV, or turn it into text. Nothing is stored.
Up to 10 minutes. The recording stays on your device unless you ask for a transcript.
Why this one
Most online recorders hand you a file and call it a day. The file is rarely the point. Voice memos, lecture snippets, interview answers, and idea dumps usually need to become words on a page, so this recorder has a transcript button built in, running the same speech models as Superwhisper.
Recording happens locally. Until you press Get transcript, no audio leaves your machine at all.
The shortcut
If what you really want is the text, recording first is a detour. Superwhisper turns speech into clean, formatted text directly in whatever app you're using. Press a hotkey, talk, and it's written.
It also records and transcribes meetings without a length cap, labels speakers, and runs offline with on-device models, which is why it fits SOC 2 and HIPAA environments.
