Switching Modes

A quick way to switch mode just before dictating:

1. Trigger dictation to open the recording window
2. Press your configured “Change Mode” keyboard shortcut
3. Hold the modifier key(s) and tap the other key repeatedly to cycle through modes
4. Release when you reach your desired mode

Switch modes before starting dictation:

1. Click the Superwhisper menu bar icon
2. Look for your current mode
3. Select a new mode from the “Select Mode” submenu

1. Navigate to ~/Documents/superwhisper/modes
2. Quick Look the mode’s JSON file to fine your mode under its name key
3. Find the “key” value to use in your deep link
