Report an issue

If you are running into an issue and want to report a bug, there are few steps you can take to make sure that we will be able to triage and respond with a fix immediately.

The best way to reach us is through email, [email protected] gets priority for support and is the easiest way for us to track resolution.

The following sections detail things you can include with the email to ensure a swift fix / resolution.

Enable error reporting

Open the Configuration page in SuperWhisper settings. Next toggle the error logging switch to enable it.

This feature will log errors that you encounter during use and report the issue to the superwhisper team automatically.

Take screenshots of your Configuration, Mode and Prompt

Take screenshots of your configuration, mode, and prompt then include these in your email.

Recording files

If are able to share the recording, open your recording history and zip up the recording folder.

This is the best way for us to understand what specifically is going wrong. Follow the steps below on how to accomplish this.

1. Open the history window

Open Settings

2. Open the folder the recording is stored in finder

Open recording folder

3. Compress the folder into a .zip file & include it in your email
