There are four ways to open Superwhisper’s settings. Choose the method that feels most comfortable for you.

Open via Menu Bar

You can open Superwhisper’s settings directly from the menu bar.
  1. Click the Superwhisper logo in your menu bar (located near the Wi-Fi icon at the top of your screen)
  2. A dropdown menu appears with several options
  3. Look for “Settings” in the menu list
  4. Click “Settings” to launch the settings panel
If you don’t see Superwhisper’s icon in your menu bar, make sure the app is running.

Open via Dock Icon

For users who prefer dock-based app navigation, you can open Superwhisper’s settings as follows:
  1. Click on the Superwhisper dock icon to activate the app
  2. Press Command + Comma (⌘ + ,) to open the settings panel
The “Show in Dock” option must be activated in the advanced settings for this method to work.

Access Settings from Mini Recording Window

You can also open Superwhisper settings directly from the mini recording window. Right-click anywhere on the mini recording window interface and select “Open Settings” from the context menu that appears.

Open via the Deep Link

If you are an advanced user who enjoys automation, you can use the following deep link to open Superwhisper’s settings.
superwhisper://settings
This method allows you to integrate settings access with other apps, making it easier to customize your setup.
