Cancel Your Subscription

Cancellations are self-serve. Head to superwhisper.com/billing, sign in with the email on your account, and choose Cancel subscription.
  • Your Pro features stay active until the end of your current billing period
  • After that, your account moves to Free automatically
  • Your custom modes, vocabulary, and history stay attached to your account
Bought through the iOS App Store? Cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. We can’t cancel App Store subscriptions on our end.

30-Day Refund

All individual plans, Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime, come with a 30-day refund window from the purchase date. To request a refund:
  1. Email support@superwhisper.com from the email on your account
  2. Include the order or receipt date if you have it handy
  3. We’ll process the refund to your original payment method within a few business days

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise contracts are annual and not eligible for self-serve cancellation or refund. Contact your account manager or email enterprise@superwhisper.com.
