Superwhisper stores almost nothing about you. Your modes, vocabulary, transcripts, audio, and settings all live on your device, not on our servers.

Request Deletion

Email support@superwhisper.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We’ll confirm receipt, complete the deletion within 30 days, and reply when it’s done.

What We Hold (and What Gets Deleted)

When you ask us to delete your account:
  • Your email address gets obfuscated so it’s no longer identifiable
  • Billing records are retained in anonymized form because tax law requires us to keep transaction records, with no identifying information
That’s it. We don’t store your transcripts, audio, modes, or vocabulary on our servers, so there’s nothing else for us to delete.

What’s on Your Device

Transcripts, audio recordings, modes, vocabulary, and app settings live locally on your machine. Account deletion doesn’t touch them. To clear that data, use History Management inside the app, or uninstall Superwhisper.

Enterprise Accounts

If you’re a member of an Enterprise organization, your org admin handles deletion through SCIM deprovisioning or the Member Management dashboard. Enterprise admins requesting deletion of the entire organization should email enterprise@superwhisper.com.

GDPR & Other Privacy Requests

For access, correction, portability, or other data subject requests, email privacy@superwhisper.com. We respond within the timelines required by the applicable regulation.
