Share a summary
Click Share in the meeting toolbar. It shares the summary for the template you’re viewing.
- Drag: drag the note card into any app. It arrives as a Markdown file named after the meeting
- Open in an app: click Slack, Microsoft Teams, ChatGPT, Claude, Obsidian, Notion, Notes, Mail, or Gmail, or search for another app. The app opens with the note ready to drop in
- Copy the file: right-click the note card and choose Copy file
- Copy text: the More menu (…) in the meeting window has Copy summary and Copy transcript
Share a link
Click Click to create link, then Copy share link. Anyone with the link sees the summary on a Superwhisper web page.
- Uploaded: the summary text, title, and date only. Audio, transcript, and private notes stay on your Mac
- Expires: after 30 days
- Who can view: anyone with the link. On an Enterprise license, choose Everyone at your organization (sign-in required) or Anyone with the link, if your admin allows it
Sharing is turned off for your organization means your admin disabled links. See Meeting sharing.
Ask an agent about your meetings
Connect an AI app to ask questions across meetings, like “What did we decide about pricing last week?” The app reads your meetings through Superwhisper’s MCP server.
Connect an agent
- In the Meetings tab, click the gear and scroll to Agents
- Turn on an app from the list: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex CLI. Only apps installed on your Mac appear
- Restart the app if it’s open
Superwhisper installs its CLI if needed and adds itself to the app’s MCP settings. Star an app to make it the default. For other MCP apps, click MCP command under Don’t see your app? and paste the settings into that app.
To ask about one meeting, open the More menu (…) in the meeting window and choose Talk with.
What the agent can read
The agent can list, search, and read meetings: summaries, action items, private notes, attendees, and transcripts. It can’t change or delete them.
Meeting content an agent reads, including transcripts and private notes, goes to that agent’s AI provider under the provider’s terms. Don’t connect an agent if a meeting must stay on your Mac.
Read meetings from the terminal
The Superwhisper CLI reads the same meetings:
